Jay Haas? Birdie. Mike Weir? Birdie. Tiger Woods? Yep, birdie. Skip Kendall, Stewart Cink, Miguel Angel Jimenez and Brian Watts?

"You want to jump out early, and I was able to do that today," said Kendall, whose opening birdie helped start him on his way to a competitive course record of 7-under 65.
For the record, the opening hole has played as the 10th toughest at an average of 4.040. It has given up 56 birdies and 183 pars during the first two rounds but was especially kind to those at the top Friday.
"If you can get a 3 right off the bat, that sets a tone," Weir said.
