HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (AP) _ Quarterback Phillip Macklin rushed for 109 yards while Kelly Fields and Melvin Gideon scored two touchdowns apiece to lead Alabama A&M to a 54-0 win over Tuskegee Saturday. The Division I-AA Bulldogs (4-3) racked up 408 yards on the ground and 506 overall. They scored 40 second-half points, including 28 in the fourth quarter. Tuskegee (5-1), ranked fifth in Division II, managed just 223 total yards in its first loss of the season. Macklin did his damage on just eight carries, including a 49-yarder. Travoris Nunn rushed for 82 yards and a TD. Gideon scored on a 32-yard run and a 41-yard reception from Mark Drake. Fields had a 26-yard TD run and a 44-yard scoring reception from Macklin. Tuskegee's Aaron James completed 19-of-35 passes for 144 yards but threw an interception that was returned 27 yards for a score by James Nowlin.
