DE KALB, Ill. (AP) _ William Andrews ran for 129 yards and two touchdowns Saturday in leading Northern Illinois to a 50-7 rout of Kent. It was the fourth victory in a row for the Huskies (4-4, 4-1 Mid-American Conference), who just last year had the nation's longest losing streak, with 23 defeats. Northern Illinois scored touchdowns on its first five possessions to take a 35-0 halftime lead over the Golden Flashes (1-7, 1-4). In the third quarter, cornerback Benji Peacock returned an interception 67 yards for a touchdown and, one series later, returned a fumble 77 yards for another score. The Flashes scored with 5:52 remaining when Jose Davis hit Matt Curry with a 25-yard pass. In the first half, Andrews, who carried 26 times, scored on runs of 3 and 1 yards. Sophomore quarterback Chris Finlen passed 6 yards to Justin McCareins and 56 yards to Darrell Hill for touchdowns.
