NORFOLK, Va. (AP) _ Jeremy Thomas ran for two touchdowns Saturday to lead Bethune-Cookman to a 26-6 victory over Norfolk State. Each team fumbled four times. Taaz Redden returned one Norfolk State fumble five yards for a touchdown for the Wildcats (7-3, 4-3 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference). Bethune-Cookman was penalized 11 times for 82 yards, while the Spartans (2-8, 1-7) lost 94 yards on 13 penalties. Spartans quarterbacks Maurice Selby and Theo Harrison combined to complete just nine passes on 36 attempts for 145 yards and three interceptions. Thomas ran for just 25 yards on nine carries but scored on runs of four and eight yards in the first and fourth quarters, respectively. Quarterback Pa'tel Troutman was 9-of-14 for 123 yards and also ran for 80 yards on 13 carries.
