BOISE, Idaho (AP) _ Bart Hendricks threw for 302 yards and three touchdowns and ran for two scores to lead Boise State to a 45-26 Big West victory over New Mexico State on Saturday. Idaho State (8-3, 4-1 Big West) heads into a showdown for the Big West championship against Idaho next Saturday, with the winner gaining a berth in the Humanitarian Bowl. New Mexico State (5-5, 2-3), which trailed throughout, cut a 14-point halftime deficit to 24-20 in the third quarter. Quarterback K.C. Enzminger scored on a 4-yard run and Nick Cecava's 52-yard field goal. Hendricks hit wide receiver Mike Davisson with a 23-yard touchdown pass, his third of the game, and Gavin Reed added a 1-yard run early in the fourth quarter to increase the Broncos lead to 38-20. After Enzminger's 5-yard TD throw to Lane Grady, Hendricks finished it with a 28-yard touchdown run with 4:49 left. Boise State scored on its first two possessions on Hendricks' 18-yard pass to Jay Swillie and the quarterback's 9-yard keeper. Cecava kicked a 39-yard field goal and Enzminger scored from one yard out with 5:45 remaining in the first half to cut the deficit to 14-10. Nick Calaycay kicked a 39-yard field goal and Hendricks hit Lou Fanucchi with a 26-yard touchdown throw in the closing minutes of the first half to give Boise State a 24-10 lead at halftime. Enzminger was 17-of-32 for 346 yards.
