COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) -- Tynesha Lewis scored 21 points to lead No.
21 North Carolina State to a 55-48 victory over South Carolina on
Monday night.
Lewis added six rebounds and four assists for the Wolfpack
(5-1), who shot just 36 percent from the field. Center Carisse
Moody was the only other Wolfpack player in double digits with 11
points.
South Carolina (2-6) got 13 points from Tatyana Troina, who was
2-of-3 from 3-point range for the Gamecocks' only 3-pointers. Shaun
Gortman added 10 for South Carolina.
