BOSTON (AP) -- Ninth-ranked Rutgers overcame first-half jitters

Northeastern hampered itself by making only 14 of 26 foul shots.
"Our lack of depth certainly hurt us," coach Willette White

either. We were horrible from the line."

sluggish start. Rutgers (5-1) trailed by eight points in the first
half and was down 26-24 at the break.
But Northeastern (2-3) made just six of 23 shots (26.1 percent)
in the second half while Rutgers hit 16 of 25 (64 percent).
