 The Lady Paladins won the Southern Conference for the first time in five years to make their first appearance in the NCAA Tournament since 1995, where as a No. 15 seed Furman got crushed by Louisiana Tech 90-52. This season, Jackie Smith is the player to watch, leading the Paladins with an 18.2 scoring average.
