BOX SCORE DALLAS (AP) _ David Aebischer stopped Joe Nieuwendyk on a penalty shot, and Adam Deadmarsh scored two power-play goals in Colorado's 6-2 exhibition victory over Dallas on Thursday night. David Aebischer, who made 31 saves, stopped Nieuwendyk's attempt with 1:45 left. Peter Forsberg also had a power-play goal, Chris Drury had a goal and three assists, and John Klemm and Stephane Yelle added goals for the Avalanche (4-2-1). Deadmarsh broke a 2-2 tie at 7:07 of the second period, and Forsberg made it 4-2 with 3:12 left in the period. Jere Lehtinen scored twice for the Stars (3-2-3).
